
The neuroscience- and NLP based training programs are rooted in my extensive experience across sales, people management roles and hypnosis/coaching practices. Trainings are designed for High Impact and sessions are built around role-play, action based activities, with lot's of fun, that simulate real-world conversations, using lifelike personas to surface emotional nuance and mirror the behavioral impact of participants' choices. By humor and provoking situational awareness and developing interpersonal sensitivity, my training and coaching sessions strengthen emotional intelligence by congruency of tone, power dynamics, and non-verbal signals.


In the iceberg analogy, only about 10% of the iceberg is visible above the waterline. This visible part represents behaviors—what people say and do, their decisions and actions. But the remaining 90%, hidden below the surface, contains the deeper drivers. Without addressing the depth below, any change effort—whether in training, coaching, or leadership—risks being cosmetic rather than transformational. That’s why approaches grounded in behavior modeling and transformational learning often dive deep.
