Day 1

  •  Control power-dynamics during the meeting/call;

  • Building Self-Awareness - Increase learning agility and situational adaptability.

  • Building Rapport - Gain insights in human behavior;

  • Uncover buying motives and drivers;

  • Adapt to different communication preference styles.

  • Prepare your Training Action Plan- Reflect and define your learning goals

Day 2

  • Build and use business development prompters and AI-tools for effective opening of the call

  • How to handle contact objections whilst staying authentic

  • Handling objections throughout the conversation

  • Uncovering needs and use the SPIN-selling methodology

  • Identifying hooks in a sales call

  • Apply the Funnel method

  • Finding ways to keep a positive mindset

Day 3

  • Use a template and technique to build your Value Proposition

  • Demonstrate the unique strengths and benefits of your solution, product and services and craft a clear and concise auditable message

  • Present your solution in such a way that the buyer agrees and commit

  • Apply four effective strategies to close with a commitment to take the next step

  • Evaluate role-plays to self-analyze your conversations and progression
