I believe that conception is the beginning of experiential learning and interpreting events. These experiences are not only stored in our minds but throughout our entire bodies. When you think of a memory, you can feel its effects in different parts of your body. With pleasant memories, you feel good, which means you experience positive reactions throughout your body. Unfortunately, the same applies to unpleasant or even threatening events. Thinking about them triggers the same physical responses as when they occurred. Often, these memories surface without any effort on your part! Our experience shows that a significant part of how we function is influenced by such memories. It is a misconception that merely talking about issues will lead to their resolution.

The initial session also serves as a consultation. During this 90-minute conversation, I listen closely and observe carefully as you present your question or concern. I work from the principle that past experiences continue to influence us, and that memories are stored throughout the body.

These unconscious messages surface through uncontrollable verbal and non-verbal “leaks.” These leaks may appear in someone's words (emotional postulates), facial expressions, or behavior. Because these signals originate from the unconscious, a person cannot control, alter, or suppress them. What’s more—they are consistent, repetitive, predictable, and therefore reliable.

My ability to recognize and interpret these signals allows me to identify the core issue we’ll work on—tangibly and meaningfully—from the very beginning.

    Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)

Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) is a method used to influence and transform a person’s behavior and beliefs. Humans rely heavily on communication—mainly language—to share their experiences with others. Yet language also acts as a filtering tool, shaping internal experiences into limited external expressions.

Often, people behave as though their perception of reality is reality itself. However, human experience is shaped by perception. Our sensory organs function as a series of filters that translate external input into internal interpretations. As a result, no one’s experience can ever fully mirror the reality it stems from.

NLP explores the processes through which individuals filter and structure their experiences using language and the senses. It is one of the fastest-growing and most practical methods for personal development worldwide. Its effectiveness is demonstrated across education, business, coaching, and therapy—helping people grow, communicate more effectively, and overcome personal barriers.

    Provocative Coaching

The provocative coach offers strong headwinds in the form of loving confrontation. This approach provokes your defense mechanisms in order to expose underlying issues, triggering an unconscious process that ultimately allows you to make new, conscious choices based on fresh insights.

Where needed, additional NLP or hypnotherapy interventions may follow—to help you develop new behaviors and restore balance, increasing your potential and well-being.

And yes—how motivated are you really, if your unconscious survival strategies are still paying off? Go on, prove the provocative coach wrong.

    Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy is highly effective because, during a hypnotic trance, the limiting mental frameworks we all live by are temporarily set aside. In this state, restrictive beliefs can shift, allowing us to experience the world in a different way.

Take this example: suppose you're afraid of mice. That fear is shaped by a limiting belief, because a mouse isn’t inherently dangerous. When you see a mouse and feel fear, it's not the mouse itself—it’s the internal narrative like “mice are scary” or “I’m afraid of mice.” If those beliefs no longer exist, the fear disappears too. Changing such beliefs is most easily done in a hypnotic trance, because in that state, you have full access to your internal resources.

The effectiveness of hypnosis depends greatly on your motivation. If you’re not willing to go into trance, it won’t work—after all, all hypnosis is self-hypnosis. A hypnotherapist can only guide you into that state, not force it.

    Voice Dialogue

Voice Dialogue is a method that allows you to communicate with different parts of yourself. Through this process, you learn to meet and acknowledge these inner voices, giving each one its rightful place.

Perhaps as a child, you constantly felt the need to prove yourself—it never felt like enough. In response, you developed your own inner critic to help you navigate life. Now, even as an adult, that voice persists, still telling you that nothing you do is ever quite good enough.

Voice Dialogue helps you recognize that this inner critic never evolved along with you. That critical mindset is no longer needed—you're capable of seeing things in a more balanced and realistic way.

Can early memories have such a powerful influence that they still affect us physically? Absolutely. When faced with emotionally charged experiences, we can develop physical symptoms—either directly or through the long-term impact of those past events.

The power of such memories doesn’t necessarily fade. We may become less aware of them, but the physical reactions they trigger can continue and manifest in behaviors or symptoms you’d never associate with those early experiences.
